About Me

Your Guide

I’m Katie, and I’m here to help you grow your own abundance of food, herbs, and edible flowers—right in your own backyard.  I’m passionate about teaching others how to reconnect with the earth and cultivate health through the power of plants.

I have over 25 years of experience as a certified herbalist, aromatherapist, and master gardener with a BS in Holistic Nutrition, I’ve devoted my life to studying traditional healing practices and sharing them with others. My journey has led me working alongside organic farmers in Europe, South America, and India.

Whether you’re exploring your first garden bed, deepening your herbal studies, or seeking support on your healing path, I’m here to walk beside you—with knowledge, heart, and a deep reverence for nature.

From the moment I walked through the gate, I knew I had entered into a special place. It was magical, serene, and healing…A sacred garden. Katie was waiting for me with a cup of herbal tea. She listened to me carefully, and decided the best course for my session and follow up. Katie has a special gift for healing the soul. I will return again and again.

Attending the medicinal plant retreat was refreshing, renewing, and enriching. From the sound therapy treatment in the cottage, to learning about the different plants and making tinctures and Elderberry honey, our day was filled with activities, good food, and great fellowship. It warmed the heart and filled the soul and was an experience to treasure.

My daughter and I recently visited Pineapple Peace Garden and had such a wonderful experience! Katie is so welcoming and knowledgeable about creating backyard gardens. We were inspired to start planning one of our own. We loved the flowers and butterflies! Her cottage is truly a healing space as well. We are so grateful for the experience and look forward to going back very soon!
